Range -30 Degrees to 150 Degrees F, Flash Point Greater Than 200 Degrees F, Full Cure 7 to 14 days, Application Time 15 min., Application Temp. Range Greater Than 40 Degrees F, VOC 35g/L, For Use With Concrete Cracks From the Manufacturer High performance, latex-based sealant formulated to repair cracks and holes in concrete, mortar and masonry. Contains silicone additives for improved adhesion and water resistance. Forms a durable, flexible and watertight seal. Resists gas, oil, grease and salt. Interior/exterior use. Paint able.
