2 DRAWER FILE LOCKING BAR-GRAY-INCLUDES KEYED PADLOCK AND DRILL BIT This 2 drawer file locking bar is 22.5” long. MEASURE THE HEIGHT OF YOUR FILING CABINET TO CONFIRM THAT THIS IS THE SIZE YOU NEED. The bar needs to be slightly shorter than your filing cabinet and as long as it covers a portion of the top and bottom drawer it will work. We supply a cobalt drill bit and a keyed padlock in this bundle to make your job easier. You won’t have to run to the hardware store for supplies, everything you need is provided. You will be ready to install your file bar on the day it arrives. The bar mounts to the 1/2” frame and can be installed on the left or right side of the drawers. Simple to use! The file bar swings out of the way so it won’t interfere with opening and closing the drawers throughout the day. It also will not obstruct the function of any adjoining file cabinets. When you’re ready to lock the cabinet, just close the bar and insert a padlock at the top.
