Easy to install. For fixing screws on any wooden surface, mark and drill pilot holes with a drill bit appropriate for the mounting hardware. Put a drop of oil on the screw tip,Insert and tighten the screw. Do not over torque the screw as it may break.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: This sturdy classic remains a favorite by virtue of its simplicity and traditional styling. It is easily reversible by simply opening the screw on the case and flipping over the latch bolt. Finely crafted in both solid brass and iron-like the originals-it is certain to last just as long. Rim lock set includes a spindle, rosette, two keys and escutcheon. Perfect period look dating to later 19th century. Key operated deadbolt. Privacy slide latch. Complete set for 1 door.
