PAIR UP TO 250 REMOTES - Simple wire connection makes installation labor-saving. Just connect the ERM12 to the gate opener system. Program the M12 Remote Control (incl.) with ERM12 universal receiver, and then the M12 remote will perfectly makes the gate operate between open-stop-close-stop-open. All TOPENS swing and sliding gate openers can be operated by the M12 remote. ERM12 rolling code external receiver can be programmed with up to 250 pcs TOPENS M12 remote control transmitters.

WIDE COMPATIBILITY - Works with all TOPENS gate openers, and is compatible with most third party gate opener or garage door opener whose control board accepts the "Normal Open Dry Contact" signal for the push button. It can be powered by the control board of the gate opener or by the external 9-24VDC power source. Kindly note that ERM12 receiver ONLY works with TOPENS wireless remote control accessories.

About TOPENS ERM12 Universal External Receiver With 2
Note About the ERM12 Receiver For clear signal transmission, please do not put the ERM12 receiver in a metal box. It is NOT suggested to use the receiver in signal towers, electrical substations and confined spaces. Some buildings or obstructions may affect the control range. Please refer to the corresponding TOPENS gate opener user manual for the correct wire connection. The pre-wired cable of the receiver is 1 foot (3C x 26 AWG). Generally, the distance between the receiver and the gate opener control box should be within 16 feet and the extension cable should be 3C x 22AWG . If a good shielded cable is used, the extension distance can be up to 98 feet and the cable should be 3C x 18AWG. One ERM12 can only work for one gate operator, while one gate operator can connect two ERM12 receivers at most. Note About the M12 Remote Control The M12 remote cannot be programmed to the gate opener control board and external receiver at the same time, otherwise it cannot work properly. If you lose any of the remote controls, please erase and reprogram the rest to have a new code for safety. The M12 remote is NOT waterproof.
