COMPATABILITY: The ONERVA Nexus WiFi gateway is compatible with smart locks using the Tuya App. One gateway can be paired with multiple door locks under the same account. (Note: Other apps are not compatible).

REMOTE CONTROL: The gateway is connected to the Tuya App, enabling remote control, real-time status checks of the door lock, and remote setting of custom passwords and other features.

VOICE CONTROL: Once the gateway is paired with the smart lock, it is compatible with Alexa and Google Assistant, allowing for voice intelligent control.

CONNECTION TIPS: A 2.4G WiFi network is required for pairing. To ensure a stable connection between the Nexus gateway and the door lock, the distance between the gateway and the door lock should be within 32 feet. When adding the gateway, your smartphone and the gateway must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
