Compatibility: The G2 gateway can be used with smart locks that can be controlled by the TTLock/Next Lock App. Also, G2 is suitable for all smart locks of Hornbill.(Only works 2.4Ghz, not 5G)

Installation Suggestion: It is recommended that the distance between the gateway and the smart door lock is no more than 16ft (5 meters), otherwise the connectivity of the gateway will be affected. Please note that when adding a gateway, please ensure that your smart phone and the gateway must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
