Red knob is designed to adjust gas flow and pressure (0-30PSI). Excess flow protection and automatic shut-off ensure your safety during use. Application: Applied in most of high-pressure propane appliances: propane grills, burners, cookers, heaters, turkey fryers, fire pit, etc. (Not suitable for low-pressure appliances).
