400 Seeds Grow a vegetable garden filled with the delicious Buttercrunch Lettuce from freshly harvested Lactuca sativa seeds. Buttercrunch is a leaf variety that is very heat tolerant and bolt resistant. The loose, buttery textured leaves boast a refreshing flavor and stay mild far longer than other strains that would otherwise turn bitter. The plants can easily be grown in the cooler seasons of early Spring and later on in the Autumn season. Buttercrunch Lettuce takes about 65 days for full maturity, and its baby leaves can easily be used as micro greens. The plants reach about 9 to 15 inches tall and can spread 6 inches wide.
