Brussels Sprout is an heirloom vegetable that was introduced in the late 19th century. The plants grow to a mature height of roughly 24 inches tall, producing miniature, cabbage like crops that measure 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter. Brussels Sprout will take a good 90 days until the crops are ready for harvesting.
