Marketmore 76 seeds are disease resistant and prolific, producing abundant, smooth, straight cucumbers. Direct seed after the soil has warmed (above 60° F). Sow 3 seeds 1 inch deep into the soil, spacing the plantings 18-36 inches apart. If using a “hilling” method, sow 4-6 seeds about 3 inches apart in hills 36 inches apart. Marketmore also grows well on trellises with about 1 foot between plants. Water regularly. Harvest mature cucumbers, by cutting at the stem, to encourage new fruit production.
