Organic Sweet Pepper Seeds Features

  • Capsicum Annuum: These finest quality, non-GMO, USDA Organic California Wonder Sweet Pepper seeds produce prolific numbers of classic bell peppers—crisp and mild in green or red— perfect for roasting, grilling or slicing.

  • Red or Green? You Decide. These peppers will grow green and ripen to bright red as they reach their maturity. You can pick and enjoy at any time; but if you prefer a sweeter pepper, wait for red.

  • Freshly Packed: These seeds are packed for the current growing season and will provide high germination rates next year as well.

  • Certified Organic: All Purely Organic Seeds are open pollinated, non-GMO (not genetically modified), heirloom, organic seeds. Each Purely Organic Seed Packet carries the USDA Organic Seal signifying that is has passed rigorous standards and been certified organic by a USDA Accredited agency.

  • Premium Packaging: All seeds from Purely Organic Products are packaged in individually styled packets ideal for gifts, storage or immediate use. Each packet displays the plant variety on the front with instructions and plant facts on the back.

About Organic Sweet Pepper Seeds

Sow indoors, 7-9 weeks before the last frost date, in lightly moist, sterile potting mix keeping the temperature above 70° F. Once first true leaves appear, transplant into 4" pots. After the last frost, place seedlings outdoors for a few hours at a time, progressing to a full day, to harden them. Transplant to a moist well drained, sunny location in late spring after the soil has warmed. Weed gently so as not to disturb plants; and feed every 4-6 weeks. To harvest, cut or snap off fruits, along with a short piece of stalk, to avoid injuring the plant.
