Each year we grow a giant garden of our favorite vegetables. Most of our favorite vegetables are old time varieties that people currently call "Heirloom". It is with great pleasure that we offer up our favorites for you. Pepper Description: Capsicum annuum. Plant produces good yields of 7" long by 2" wide Anaheim type hot peppers. This is an improved variety of the NuMex 6-4 with a consistent medium heat level. Plant yields 10% more peppers than the old NuMex 6-4 and has 5 times more flavor compounds. Peppers turn from green to red when mature. Plant has green stems, green leaves, and white flowers. Excellent commercial variety for frying, stuffing, or used fresh green or dried red. Great for home gardens or for market growers. A variety from New Mexico, USA. Unlike others, we do not buy seeds from outside sources. Our plants are hand grown with tender loving care.
