Fairy Tale F1 Eggplant Seeds: AAS Winner for 2005. 50 days. New miniature eggplants are white with violet/purple stripes. The fruit are non-bitter, with a tender skin and few seeds. The elongated, oval eggplants can be picked when quite small at 1 - 2 ounces or left on the plant until double that weight and the flavor and tenderness remain. The petite plant reaches only 2 1/2 feet tall and wide and adapts well to container gardening. Package contains approximately 10 Fairy Tale Eggplant Seeds. Fairy Tale F1 Eggplant Seeds - Planting Instructions: Germination: 7 to 14 days at 75 to 85 F. Plant seeds 1/4 of an inch deep with 18 inches between plants and 24 inches between rows.
