About Decorative Pepper Masquerad Ornamental Hot Chili

A vigorous bushy plant that grows to 18 inches tall and produces peppers in different colors. You can plant it all year long indoors or start indoors for transplanting into the garden in the spring. Indoors start in small individual pots filled with seed starting medium about 8 weeks before the last frost. Sow the seeds ¼ - ½ inch deep. Feed the seedlings with a half-strength liquid fertilizer every 2 weeks after germination. Carefully transplant after the last frost into a sunny area with organically rich, well-drained soil, spacing 12 inches apart. Remove faded fruits.
