100+ days. Capsicum chinense. Open Pollinated. The plant produces good yields of 3" long by 3" wide bright red wrinkled hot peppers. Peppers are extremely hot and turn from green to red when mature. The plant has dark green leaves, green stems, and white flowers. This pepper was created by crossing a Pakistani Naga pepper with a Red Habanero type from Saint Vincent Island in the Caribbean. It is in the Guinness Book of World Records as the hottest pepper in the world. Be very, very careful handling this pepper. Try growing the California Reaper, Bhut Jolokia, Naga Jolokia, Dorset Naga, Bih Jolokia, and the Naga Morich. Also known as HP22B. An excellent choice for home gardens.
