Provides all the advantages of a professional grade in-ground sprinkler with the convenience of a built-in garden hose quick-connection. Installs flush with the ground surface anywhere in your yard with no trenching required and covers up to 5,200 square feet. Set it once for all season operation; provides 3"pop-up height to clear tall grass and retracts out of sight when not in use so you can mow right over it. The LG3 is Rain Bird's #1 selling impact sprinkler in professionally installed automatic irrigation systems. This heavy-duty impact has the strength and performance of industrial/commercial products yet is easy to install and operate. Pop-up impact sprinklers are long-lasting and particularly well suited for performance with heavy-mineral content hard water and well water that can clog and corrode other sprinklers. Brass weighted "Water Saver" PJ spray guide arm controls water-stream and prevents side splash onto buildings and walkways. Arm is double-weighted for slower rotation and increased distance of throw up to 41’. Diffuser screw breaks water into smaller droplets for uniform watering and allows up to 25% radius reduction.
