The Watts 88005647 APEX (RA34) 3/4" RainAid Diaphragm Activated Rain Water Catchment Tank Valve to connect your rainwater collection system to your main water supply as a backup mechanism. Provides full flow for irrigation, agriculture, horticulture, livestock watering, farm, ranch and hydroponic purposes. Features a larger flow rate and full-on, full-off controls. A unique self-cleaning mechanism pushes a steel pin out of the pilot center to remove accumulated debris. The diaphragm closes softly to prevent water hammer, the banging noise that can occur when water quickly stops or changes direction. Fully serviceable for long-term use. From the manufacturer:
