Each machete is equipped with a durable, high-carbon stainless steel blade, carefully constructed to maintain sharpness and resist corrosion in the face of tough conditions. Adding to its utility, the spine of the blade features a built-in sawback with sharp, aggressive teeth, allowing users to saw through branches, saplings, and even harder materials without needing to switch tools. This combination of a slicing blade and a sawback makes the SOGfari machete an efficient choice for any cutting or sawing task that outdoor work demands. The handle of each SOGfari machete is crafted from high-quality Kraton, a rugged and comfortable material that offers an enhanced, non-slip grip for confident control during use. The handle's design is carefully textured and ergonomically shaped to reduce hand fatigue, which is particularly important for prolonged tasks like clearing brush, cutting firewood, or building shelter. For added convenience, the handle is outfitted with lanyard holes, allowing for easy attachment of a lanyard to keep the machete secure and within reach at all times. They have cleared brush, and blazed trails, have chopped wood, made shelters, harvested crops, prepared meals, hunted and protected. Careful attention has been given to the SOGFari to make sure that the weight was right and the handles were comfortable for extended use. Whip them through the air and hear them sing. We've added a real working saw on the back of the blades with teeth that cut deep. Extended out of the back of the handle is a spiked tang for pounding and scraping. There are even holes in the handle to mount lanyards.
