Fruits - Pacific Giant Pumpkin plants will produce fruits that easily weigh over 100 pounds. The skin will display a peachy orange coloring and the inner flesh is an orange color as well.
Growth - Pumpkin vines will trail the garden and only grow around a foot or two in height. They will extend up to 20 to 25 feet in length however. So make sure you have quite a bit of space when growing these babies.
Harvest - Pacific Giant Pumpkins will be ready to harvest in about 125 days from first sprouts appearing. Placing straw underneath the fruits is a good way to prevent mold and rot. When ready, cut the stems 5 to 6 inches from the tops of the fruits.
