A charming perennial mat-forming plant to beautifully cover your garden beds, borders, walls, rockeries, containers, or pots. Sow in spring after the last frost in average, moist but well-drained soil, or start indoors 6-8 weeks before the last frost. Sow 6-8 seeds per plant. Slightly press into the soil and barely cover with the soil. Keep the soil constantly moist until germination, though, water from underneath the tray or mist the tray from a spray bottle. Maintain a temperature of 70°F and keep the tray away from direct sunlight. Transplant seedlings into a bigger pot after a few true leaves appear and transplant them outdoors into a sunny area after the last frost.
