A charming mix of peony asters that are easy to grow, in red, pink, white, and purple colors. An annual plant that prefers a cold climate. Sow seeds outdoors after the last frost in an area with partial or direct sunlight and well-drained, loamy soil mixed with compost. For better germination keep seed packs in the refrigerator for 4-6 weeks prior to sowing. Sow 2-3 seeds 1 inch deep and 1-3 feet apart. Cover with 1/8-1 inch of fine soil and keep it moist. Add mulch after planting to keep the soil cool and prevent weeds. Once they sprout, thin each cluster of seeds to 1 plant.
