About CEMEHA SEEDS - English Daisy Mix
A perennial flowering plant that grows 4 to 8" (10-20 cm) in height. Beautiful white, pink, and red double flowers with diameter 1 to 2" (3-5 cm). Blooms in the second year from May to fall. Planting instructions: Start English daisy seeds indoors eight to 10 weeks before the last spring frost. Fill 2-inch (5 cm) starter pots with standard potting soil. Leave the top 1/4 inch (0.5 cm) of each pot empty, so they don't overflow when watered. Drizzle water into each pot to settle the soil. Let the water soak in for 10 to 15 minutes before sowing the seeds. Sow one English daisy seed in each starter pot. Place the seed on the surface of the soil. Press it gently onto the surface to anchor it. Do not cover the seed with soil, since light aids the germination process. Mist the seed with a spray bottle to moisten it. Move the tray to a bright area with plenty of indirect sunlight, such as near an east- or west-facing window. Cover the pots with plastic wrap. Warm the pots to between 68 and 70 F (15-20 C) using a germination mat, if indoor temperatures are below 65 F (15 C). Watch for germination in one to two weeks. Remove the plastic wrap once the seedlings emerge. Move the English daisy plants to a sheltered area of the garden with bright, indirect sunlight after the last frost. Acclimate them to direct sun and normal outdoor temperatures for two weeks before planting them in a sunny bed with moist soil.
