Our Zoned SupportTM helps align your spine with head to toe support; softer under shoulders, firmer around hips, waist and lower back. The top layer of AirScapeTM perforated breathable foam increases airflow and circulates air to keep you cool at night. Premium foam is plsuh yet resilient and conforms to your body to relieve pressure. Resilient springs add a little lift, support and airflow to the mattress of your dreams. A firmer border provides edge support to help you get in and out of bed easily. The cover is made with recycled materials and easily zips off. It's designed to withstand years of use. All our polyurethane foams are CertiPUR-US® certified. They are made without ozone-depleting chemicals and phthalates regulated by the Consumer Product Safety Commission. The foams have been tested for low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) emissions for indoor air quality (less than 0.5 parts per million) Trouble Shooting Steps Below are the steps for this process: Make sure the device is plugged into a working outlet. Remove the plastic wrap on the PECO-Filter. Turn the lid clockwise until it fully clicks into place. Make sure your device is on a flat surface Try placing the device on floor in between your feet while turning the lid. You may need to remove the lid and try closing the lid several times until it finally locks into place. If your device still will not power on follow these steps: Unplug the device Place your finger on the center button on the lid Plug the device back in, continue to hold finger on button for 5 seconds
