The Arctic Air AST72R Sandwich/Salad Prep table has a cold top capacity of (18) 1/6 size pans (included), it features a 11.5"D full-length cutting board users can prep ingredients for the pans and assemble food for customers. Back up ingredients are easily stored in the lower refrigerated section made of 18 Cubic Feet, which is engineered to maintain interior temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit, controlled by the electronic thermostat, digital temperature display. To make storage as easy and organized as possible, the interior houses 3 shelves. The cabinet bottom is accessible behind (3) self-closing doors, each of which has a recessed handle that does not take up valuable aisle space. The door's magnetic gaskets prevent cold-air leaks. The unit has a white ABS interior liner that resists corrosion and withstands heavy use.
