On the front, a full-length cutting board provides a place to cut up ingredients, assemble sandwiches, or finish dishes. Both the cutting board and the stainless steel exterior can be cleaned swiftly. For durability, this Arctic Air AST60R prep table's stainless steel exterior resists scratches and stains. Its two doors have recessed, firmly attached handles and gaskets that retain cold air. These doors can stay open when pulled past 90 degrees and, to speed up cleaning, this unit has a stainless steel floor with rounded corners. The magnetic gaskets snap out of the door frame and can be removed without additional tools.
