Pall Life Sciences Acrodisc Syringe Filters are disposable syringe filters with your choice of membrane materials. Female luer lock inlet and luer slip outlet unless otherwise noted. Sterile filters have acrylic housings. Sterile filters are gamma irradiated and individually blister packed. Nonsterile filters have autoclavable, polypropylene housings. Sterile Acrodisc filters are ideal for sterilizing or clarifying culture media. Color-coded and nonpyrogenic. Sterile Supor Acrodisc has a polysulfone membrane for higher recovery of serum proteins. Eliminate mycoplasma contamination by choosing the 0.1 µm pore size. 32 mm filters provide increased filtration area for greater throughput and faster flow rates. For particulate laden biologicals choose Supor membrane with glass fiber prefilter or Serum filter with glass fiber prefilter and larger surface area. DMSO-Safe filter was designed for the sterilization of media used for cryopreservation. Nylon filter media and polypropylene housing is compatible with DMSO. EtOH sterilized, individually blister packed. The Nonsterile Acrodisc PTFE Filter is the ultimate in chemical compatibility for filtering harsh chemicals that destroy other membrane materials. Nonsterile PVDF Acrodisc features a polyvinylidene diflouride membrane which is chemical-resistant, hydrophobic, and solvent-compatible for HPLC sample preparation. Autoclavable. GHP Acrodisc has a hydrophilic polypropylene membrane. Will handle both aqueous as well as aggressive organic solvent-based solutions. Available with glass fiber (GF) prefilter for particle laden samples (EF8436C). Nylon Acrodisc has a 25 mm HPLC certified nonpyrogenic nylon membrane for analyzing aqueous samples. Non-autoclavable. HT-Tuffryn Nonsterile Acrodisc has a nonpyrogenic polysulfone membrane with low protein binding for aqueous samples. Acrylic housing is non-autoclavable.
