Our Satin is 60" (inches) in width , Confidently choose from our wide variety of colors knowing that Solid Satin is of superior quality by YU TONE. Satin Fabric is luxurious fabric with many uses. Satin is commonly used in apparel such as satin baseball jackets, athletic shorts, women's lingerie, evening gowns, and blouses, but can also be used in men's boxer shorts, shirts and neckties. Satin fabrics are also great for interior furnishing, upholstery and bed sheets. Satin fabrics are luxurious materials that are woven from slightly twisted yarns and then run through hot cylinders. This creates finished fabrics that are shiny on one side and dull on the other. Prized for their luster, satin fabrics have a very sleek, smooth texture and have been used to create undergarments, bridal gowns, formal gowns and bedding in the world. In addition, satin fabrics are sometimes used for active wear and are common materials of choice for dancers' costumes.
