About the Author Don Taylor grew up in the auto business. He has written extensively on automotive upholstery, engine rebuilding, restoration, and paint and body work. Some of his titles include the Automotive Upholstery Handbook, Custom Auto Interiors, and How to Rebuild Big-Block Mopar Engines. Don lives in Concord, California. Ron Mangus started his career in 1969, and since then has become famous as the stitcher who creates fabulous interiors. His work has received numerous awards, including "Most Beautiful Roadster" and "Best Interior Award". His interiors and how-to articles featuring his techniques have appeared in many street and hot rod magazines.
