The only way to firmly secure residential cables to wooden studs is with Romex℠brand staples! These metal staples are manufactured from carbon steel to provide strength and reliability. Romex℠brand staples are engineered with recessed heads to protect cable jackets; sharper tips for easier starting and are practically oil-free for cleaner handling. Romex℠brand staples are available in 1/2" and 9/16" width sizes and are designed to a contractor-preferred length to accommodate varying cable size ranges. These metal staples are intended to be driven into wood with a hammer.
