About Yupik Organic Navy Beans, 2.2
Yupik organic navy beans are wholesome, dried legumes. For best results, soak beans overnight in water; the next day, boil and simmer in water for 1 ½ to 2 hours, or until desire texture is reached. Once cooked, navy beans are creamy and tender; ideal for salads, side dishes, dips, soups, stews and casseroles. For best cooking results: 1. Rinse & drain 2. Soak in unsalted water overnight 3. Drain, add to pot with fresh cold unsalted water, slowly bring to a boil until the beans are tender, 2 to 3 hours approximately.
