Yupik's organic dark red kidney beans are dried legumes. For best results, soak kidney beans overnight in water, then proceed to boil them for approximately 1 hour, or until desired tenderness. Kidney beans are ideal for salads, soups, stews, chili, and more. For best cooking results: 1. Rinse & drain 2. Soak in unsalted water overnight 3. Drain, add to pot with fresh cold unsalted water, slowly bring to a boil until the beans are tender, 2 to 3 hours approximately.
