The highly-detailed collectible Figure measures approximately 16″ long by 6.5" in height and features 22 points of articulation. Includes interchangeable lower legs, bendable tail end, and detailed base. Featuring unique package artwork by Shannon Beaumont. DINOSAUR FACTS: Length: up to 7.5 m (25 ft). Weight: 1,500 kg (3,307 lbs). Location: New Jersey and Texas, USA ; Coahuila, Mexico. Time period: 67- 66 million years ago - Late Cretaceous. Named By: Marsh, 1877. Originally named 'Laelaps' in 1866 by E. D. Cope, Dryptosaurus was one of the first theropods ever described. It was renamed ‘Dryptosaurus’ by Cope's rival, O. C. Marsh, in 1877. Known for its unusually long arms and hands, Dryptosaurus had 20 cm (8 in) long finger claws, similar to an eagle's talons.
