About PetAg Goats' Milk Esbilac Powder - Milk Replacer
PetAg Esbilac Goats' Milk Powder contains milk formula for newborn to 6-week-old puppies with sensitive digestive systems. Esbilac powder milk replacer for puppies nourishes growing puppies with a nutritionally balanced and highly palatable milk formula that’s easy on sensitive tummies. It provides a food source for puppies that have been orphaned or rejected, as well as growing puppies or adult dogs that require a source of highly digestible nutrients. Esbilac Goats' Milk Powder also supplies natural goats' milk, vitamins, and minerals to ensure proper development and growth. It is a highly palatable milk powder that is easy to mix and convenient to use. Directions for Mixing: Gently shake or stir one part powdered GME into two parts of warm water (a part is a teaspoon, tablespoon or cup.) Do not mix more GME than can be consumed in 24 hours. Do not use a blender. Reconstituted GME should be refrigerated. Directions for Feeding: All puppies should receive their mother’s milk for at least 2 days, if possible. The Colostrum milk gives extra nutrition and temporary boost of immunity. Warm reconstituted GME to room or body temperature before serving. Feed puppies 2 tablespoons (30mL) of liquid GME per 4 ounces (115g) of body weight. Young and/or weak puppies may need to be fed reconstituted GME every 3 or 4 hours. Older puppies do well when fed reconstituted GME every 8 hours. The PetAg Small Animal Nurser is suited for feeding most puppies. Pregnant and Nursing Mothers: Feed 2 teaspoons (4g) GME powder per 5 lbs. (2.2kg) body weight daily. Growing puppies already on solid food, show dogs and/or convalescing dogs: Feed 1 teaspoon (2g) GME powder per 5 lbs. (2.2kg) body weight daily by top dressing food.
