Earthborn Elements Magnesium Chloride Powder dissolves easily and completely in water making it an ideal supplement. MAGNESIUM CHLORIDE POWDER: SUGGESTED USES: Magnesium Oil Recipe: Mix 50/50 with distilled water. Use anywhere from 10-30 sprays per day. Oral Supplement (Single Serving): Mix 1/6 tsp (100mg of magnesium) magnesium chloride powder with the liquid of your choice, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Oral Supplement Solution: Mix 33 grams (5 tsp) per 1 liter of water. 10-50 years old: Take 0.75 oz. / day (half shot) 51-70 years old: Take 1.5 oz. / day (one shot) 71 years old & older: Take 3 oz./ day (two shots) Bath: Add 8 oz. to warm bath and soak for at least 20 minutes.
