Two doses of Penicillium Roqueforti to make up to 6 gallons of milk into blue cheese. This is blue-green roqueforti that produces a traditional Gorgonzola, Stilton, bleu d’ Auvergne or Fourme d’Ambert style blue cheeses. Use one pouch for up to 3 gallons of milk. There are two pouches in this order. Per Amazon policy, we cannot accept back food-based perishable items. An ice pack is available for purchase if you wish to protect your product during the summer months.
