French Style yogurt has a beautiful texture. It’s creamy yet thick. Slightly tart. French style yogurt is similar to Greek but has a much smoother consistency. The French utilize of a method of culturing that is much different than other styles of yogurt. The yogurt is not cultured in mass and instead cultured in the serving glass that is used to consume the yogurt. This style of yogurt is also not stirred prior to consumption so that it retains its thick consistency. CHILD APPROVED! Our Child tester thinks this one is lovely, with ONE THUMB AND A KNUCKLE UP!! though she still prefers the improved version.
