It will produce that extra flavor you've been looking for. This Hi-Temp cheese can be used with any flavor of meat you choose, beef, deer, pork, elk or any other meat. Cheese stays solid up to 400 degrees. We recommend you use approximately 10% cheese to meat ratio in your usual recipe. 8 oz of cheese to 5 lbs of meat.
