The Double treadles are mounted on polyurethane hinges for effortless treadling. The 3 speed whorl has ratios of 5.5, 7.5 and 9.5:1. The flyer has frictionless yarn guides and a 10mm (3/8 in) orifice. The easy snap-in front flyer bearing allows for quick and easy bobbin change. The Scotch tension brake system's precise tension adjustment makes spinning and plying a breeze. It comes with 3 large 130g (4-5ozs) capacity bobbins and a built-in Lazy Kate.
