32 fl.oz Craft Epoxy Resin and Hardener Features

  • [UNLIMITED POSSIBILITIES]: INSPOP resin has excellent performance in clarity, bubbles and hardness. Whether you are making transparent or colorful jewelry, or combining with wood, table tops or other projects, with these characteristics, your creation will be unimpeded!

  • [MORE INTERESTING]: Our resin is non-toxic and odorless, and can be used for food contact after curing. Our resin adopts a slightly lower viscosity formula, which not only achieves the effect of almost no bubbles, but also improves self-leveling and casting, and does not reduce the performance of the coating, making it easier to use. Let there be no worries in the creation process! Even beginners can experience double happiness!

  • [EASY AND FREE]: 1:1 ratio will reduce the operating error rate, the loose operating time is about 40 minutes, and the curing time is about 24-32 hours. Under normal circumstances, 32 oz can cover a surface of 1.59 square feet with a thickness of 0.236 inches (about 35 coasters).

  • [GUARANTEED SERVISE]: Not satisfied with 100% return. If you have any questions during use, we have 24-hour professional customer service for you.

About 32 Fl.oz Craft Epoxy Resin And Hardener

Instructions for use of INSPOP epoxy resin:Step 1: Preparation1⃣: First of all, the performance of the resin can be better exerted under the right environment. It is better to work under the temperature of 70℉-82℉.2⃣: Please work in a well-ventilated and dust-free environment.Step 2: Measuring and mixing1⃣: Mix the resin and hardener in a volume ratio of 1:1. If you use an electronic scale to measure the weight, the ratio of A to B should be 1:0.9. For example, if you pour 50g of A, you should pour 45g of B.2⃣: Mix A and B together and stir until they are transparent and thin. This takes about 2-4 minutes.Step 3: Pour1⃣: If you need to pour in multiple layers, please pour the second layer after the surface of the first layer of resin is semi-cured. Semi-cured is not flowing on the surface, but it is still a little soft. This process takes about 4-6 hours.Step 4: Handling bubbles1⃣: INSPOP resin hardly has bubbles after the defoaming period. If you wait for half an hour after the defoaming period, there are still a small amount of bubbles, then it is easy to eliminate them.2⃣: Use a needle or fire gun to eliminate air bubbles. When using a torch to defoam, please pay attention to sweep quickly, the flame can not stay in one place, otherwise it will cause the resin to change color. And the flame needs to keep a certain distance from the resin surface.Step 5: Cure1⃣: The pouring thickness of the resin, the number of pouring layers, air humidity and temperature will all affect the curing time. Under normal circumstances, the initial curing (semi-curing) time of our resin is 4-6 hours, and the complete curing time is about 24-32 hours. Please wait for complete curing before demolding.
