When it comes to baking with almond flour, the finer the grind, the better your baked goods will turn out. Wellbee’s almond flour is blanched, and ground so fine, you can actually call it powder. The almonds in Wellbee’s almond flour are not treated with any chemicals, and are GMO free. Pasteurization is achieved simply with steam/boiling water to blanch the almonds. Happy baking!
