This product is made at a small family farm of olive oil makers in fourth generation. Both the groves and the mill are under one ownership ensuring quality control from start to finish. Clean harvesting method using batteries resulting in no fruit contamination. No water used in the production process. Traditional harvesting only by mechanical means. Ecological sensibility in every stage of production - olive mill operates on thermal energy from its residues; residues from the field are turned into fertalizer for olive trees.
