Gaia Oliva Premium Memecik is a high-quality olive oil made from Memecik olives grown in a single garden of 80,000 trees. The olives are harvested early in the season, mainly in October and early November, while they are still green. They are then processed using MoriTem technology within 2-4 hours of harvest to preserve the phenolic components, and filtered after resting for one night. This process helps acidification, resulting in a smooth, clean taste.
