This quality honey comes from the lush clover pastures of Tasmania's rich dairying farmlands. The bees collect the nectar, not only from the clover, but also from the blackberry hedgerows that divide the fields, the buttercups that grow along the mountain streams, and the wildflowers that are found in nearby forests. Meadow honey has a mild, delicate character and a very smooth finish. Unlike many other honeys, this honey has not been filtered or heated, so it comes to you just as it's found; the pure, natural flavors intact, and a fine candied texture. If you prefer honey liquid, simply sit the tine in hot water until the contents clear.
