It’s great in just about anything. In recipes, use 2 cups rice syrup to replace 1 cup sugar. Use it 1½ cups to replace honey and molasses in recipes. 4) PRECAUTIONS FOR STORAGE AND USE: It is recommended to refrigerate the product once opened. However, since syrup hardens at low temperatures, take it out at room temperature 1 to 2 hours before use. Use a dry spoon to pour out the syrup.
