Sanhoton 2.4G Full-size Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Combo (Model: DF23-RG) Characteristics: Low decibel typing and near-silent clicking that won't disrupt those around you. No wires and compact appearance make your work-space to remain uncluttered. Connect both keyboard and mouse just need a nano receiver, plug and play without to install any software. Environmental ABS material, lightweight but strong and durable. The mouse have 3 adjustable DPI levels, provide precise trace by your habits. Long time of inactivity will automatically enter the sleep mode to save energy, click mouse to wake up. NOTE: The USB receiver is placed directly in the transparent bag of the mouse surface. Power required 4 AA batteries. (Batteries need to be purchased by yourself. ) Some multi-media hot keys(F1 and F8-F12) do not apply for Mac. When using multi-media hot keys, please press and hold [FN] at the same time. The keyboard is rose gold with white keys. The mouse is white with a rose gold border. When the keyboard and mouse are not responding. Keyboard repair: 1. Unplug the receiver, turn the power off and then on again. Press "Esc" & "+ =" at the same time (the indicator light is on). 2. Insert the receiver within 20 seconds. The repair success indicator will go out immediately. If the repair fails, the indicator will go out after 20 seconds. Mouse repair: 1. Unplug the receiver, turn the power off and then on again. Press "left button + middle button (scroll) + right button" for 1 second at the same time. 2. Insert the receiver within 20 seconds. The repair is successful and the mouse works. If you have not inserted the receiver for more than 20 seconds or failed to repair within 20 seconds, please fix it again. Email us if you need help.
