Review It is worth buying this CD just for the dazzling performance of this work alone by the ensemble. But this CD is a true 'hit' overall. --IDRS, Fall 1999 Just plain hilarious, this ensemble of four bassoonists takes its attitude from the Blues Brothers and its playing style from...well, I have no idea where the playing style comes from, but it's certainly fun. --The Seattle Times, July 1, 1999 OK, so it's good, clean fun.
