A lot of people think that becoming holy is hard. But that’s not actually true at all. Before I tell you why, I have to admit that, for a long time… …I was one of those people who thought becoming holy is hard. In fact, I remember arguing about it with someone who said the opposite. I thought growing in holiness required long prayers, which I didn’t have time for. Or that you had to engage in long periods of fasting, which wasn’t compatible with my appetite. Or that you had to do heavy penances, which I had no inclination for. As a result, my spiritual life was in the dumps. Until I discovered “To Jesus Through Mary”. It reveals why becoming holy is easier than most people think. It gives you a step-by-step plan to live the secret God revealed to St. Louis de Montfort. What secret? St. Louis wrote… “Predestinate soul, here is a secret the Most High has taught me, which I have not been able to find in any book, old or new. I confide it to you, by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit” (“The Secret of Mary”, #1). God didn’t reveal this secret to make getting closer to Him overly complicated. St. Louis says quite a number of times how this secret makes it easy grow in holiness and get closer to God… “It is an easy way. It is the way which Jesus Christ Himself trod in coming to us, and in which there is no obstacle in arriving at Him” (“True Devotion to Mary”, #152). “This devotion to the Blessed Virgin is a short road to find Jesus Christ, both because it is a road which we do not stray from, and because, as I have said, it is a road we tread with joy and ease, and, by consequence, with speed” (True Devotion, #155). “It is a short road, which leads us to Jesus in a little time” (True Devotion, #168). God put this devotion within everyone’s reach. That’s why St. Louis said he taught this secret to everyone “in public and in private, during my missions for many years” (True Devotion, #110). Here’s something else… The devil knows how easy this devotion makes it for you to grow in holiness and get closer to God. St. Louis warns that he fights against it every step of the way. And that he’s very successful… “There are at this time, more than ever, false devotions to our Blessed Lady which it is easy to mistake for true ones. The devil, like a counterfeiter and a subtle and experienced deceiver, has already deceived and destroyed so many souls by a false devotion to the Blessed Virgin, that he makes a daily use of his diabolical experience to plunge many others by this same way into everlasting perdition” (True Devotion, #90). The devil knows that if you live this secret which God revealed to St. Louis, then he’s lost you forever. As St. Louis says… “Where Mary is, there the evil spirit is not” (True Devotion, #166). And… “For where Mary is the devil has never had and never will have access” (Secret, #17). The good news is that on pages 130-131, Fr. Texier reveals 3 signs of Mary’s presence which it’s impossible for the devil to counterfeit. Do you think knowing those 3 signs would make it easier for you to grow in holiness? In case you’ve never heard of Fr. Texier, he was a Montfort Father, whom the Montfort Fathers called “a remarkable spiritual writer”. These days, I find my spiritual life much easier. And I see God in a different light. Now listen… I am NOT saying that your transformation will happen overnight. But I will say this… I believe in my heart that once you let this book show you how to live this secret, you just might like how your devotion to Mary changes. It’s worth a try, right? Pick up your copy of “To Jesus Through Mary” today, because it’ll walk you through an easy step-by-step plan that’ll make it easy for you to grow in holiness and get closer to God.
