About the Author Chris Adsit is a graduate of Colorado State University and has been on staff with Campus Crusade for Christ since 1974. For his first fifteen years, Chris ministered with Athletes In Action, competing in the decathlon and achieving All-American honors. He then founded "Disciplemakers International," dedicated to helping missionaries and ministry leaders become effective spiritual teachers and guides. Chris is the author of "Personal Disciplemaking" and "Connecting With God," used internatioanlly as standard manuals on Christian spiritual formation. Chris serves as the Resource Coordinator for Reboot Alliance (www.rebootalliance.com). He lives in Eugene, Oregon with his wife Rahnella. They have four adult children: one daughter is the mother of twins and the other is married to a Marine, who served multiple tours in the Middle East. One son served in the Army with tours in Afghanistan and the other is a wildland firefighter.
