The locked H3 can not use any more unless unlock it. Pprotecting your radio and privacy. When setting the Stun Code, you could send the code to limit your H3 radio to trasmit only receive the signal. The code should be at least 5 digits. For example: the Kill/Stun code is 12345, and the unlock code is 12345# (Add the # is unlock code, no need to set it)
