Previously he was an engagement director for Accenture, a Quality and Productivity executive at Bank of America, the director of Six Sigma for Sears, Roebuck and Company, and for nearly 23 years filled several engineering and Six Sigma leadership roles in various locations with Honeywell International. Kubiak has received many awards, is frequently published in various journals and magazines, and is a sought-after presenter. He is an ASQ CQE, CRE, CSSBB, and Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence. In addition, Kubiak is a professional engineer and possesses several additional professional certifications. He is also the author of The ASQ Pocket Guide for the Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and The Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt Handbook, both available from Quality Press.Donald W. Benbow is principal at Iowa Quality Systems. For nearly 30 years, he has conducted industrial statistics courses for employees of approximately 100 companies, both face-to-face and through ICN, Iowa s closed-circuit fiber optics TV network. Previously, he taught mathematics, statistics, freshman engineering, quality assurance, and computer science courses at Marshalltown Community College. He holds a BS in mathematics from Iowa State University and an MS in mathematics from Michigan State University. He is co-author of The Certified Quality Technician Handbook, Second Edition and The Certified Reliability Engineer Handbook, Second Edition, both available from ASQ Quality Press.
